PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All of our jewellery is hand-crafted completely from scratch using recycled and reclaimed raw metals. As the jewellery goes through many different processes from raw materials to finished product, it can take a few days to finish and ship the jewellery to you.

Some of our jewellery is pre-made and some is made-to-order, so please check by each item to see the expected shipping timeframes. Expect the pre-made items to take between 2-5 days to finish and post, and for our made-to-order items to take up to 2 weeks. We say 2-5 days for the pre-made items because as raw brass tarnishes over time, even a finished product will need a final polish and buff, with the findings adding to them after that (so they don't get damaged during polishing), before gift wrapping and sending to you, and if we have a lot of orders it can take a few days to get to yours in the order list.

If you need priority processing, please add the [ PRIORITY 48HR PROCESSING ] option in the product section and we will make sure your pre-made order gets finished and posted within 48 hours of the order being made (please expect slightly longer for bank holidays and weekends).
