A P H R O D I T E ' S   C R U S H ~ golden heart & dual pearl drop earrings, are cut, formed, textured and finished completely by hand, out of recycled brass, using traditional methods and old family tools passed down the generations. The beautiful freshwater pearls are symbolic of the tears of joy shed by Aphrodite, the goddess of love, and are said to be worn to warm the hearts between lovers...

The hand crafted golden hearts have a softly beaten and then brushed texture, with a delicate organic appearance. The stunning natural pearls interchange between a beautiful soft pink or purple depending on the light.

These beautiful earrings are extremely lightweight and comfortable, with elegant extra long earring hooks that have a gold plated finish to avoid any reaction you might get from other materials.

As every piece is handmade from scratch, no two items will ever be the same, which is the beauty of them and makes them one of a kind, but of course where there are pairs of earrings I will do my best to match them in size and shape. 

Every item comes beautifully gift wrapped, with a cleaning cloth to maintain the bright pale gold colour of the brass. And I encourage you to give them a little polish every few weeks if you wear them regularly, or before wear if worn on occasion.
